Puccini’s Chef Richard was classically trained. Chef owned and operated a couple restaurants up north, but his dream was to always open a restaurant in Sarasota. Puccini’s has been open 7 years. When the chef isn’t passionately serving up some of the finest dishes in Sarasota, you can find him enjoying beautiful Lido beach with his wife Melanie and daughter Lola.
